How our text messaging program works, and how to opt in, opt out or get help.

Primeway Enterprises LLC (“Primeway”) operates a business messaging program for carriers, prospective carriers and business partners who have contacted us about our truck dispatch services. Messages are business-to-business and non-promotional in nature.
You opt in to text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form and submitting your mobile number, or by texting us first. The consent box is not pre-checked, and agreeing to receive texts is optional. The consent language shown on our form is:
“By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Primeway Enterprises LLC at the mobile number provided, regarding dispatch services, onboarding, load coordination, documents and account notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Primeway does not charge a fee for text messages, but your carrier may.
You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message. You may also reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. After you opt out, you will receive one message confirming your opt-out, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information more generally.
Text messaging is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and device.
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number you provide, which should be used for business purposes. You agree to tell us if your number changes or is reassigned.
