Dispatch services built around your truck

Load sourcing, rate negotiation, paperwork and day-to-day support for owner-operators and small fleets, across nine equipment types.

What we do for carriers

Our dispatch service is business-to-business. We work for licensed carriers, and the carrier always keeps control of its truck, its drivers and its decisions.

🚛

Load Sourcing & Lane Planning

We search load boards and broker relationships for freight that fits your equipment, home base and rate targets, and help plan lanes that reduce deadhead miles.

📞

Broker Communication & Rate Negotiation

We handle broker calls and rate discussions on your behalf so you can stay focused on driving. You review and approve every load before we confirm it.

📄

Paperwork Management

Rate confirmations, BOLs, proof of delivery, carrier packets and invoicing support, organized so nothing falls through the cracks.

💰

Factoring Setup Support

New to factoring? We explain how it works, point you to reputable companies to compare, and help you through the paperwork. We are not a lender or factor.

📊

ELD & HOS Awareness

We plan loads with your Hours of Service in mind and help you find an FMCSA-registered ELD. Compliance remains the carrier's responsibility.

🛡️

Insurance Introductions

We introduce you to independent commercial trucking insurance agents so you can compare quotes. We are not an insurance agency and do not sell insurance.

⛽

Fuel Card Guidance

We point you to fuel discount programs and fuel cards that can lower your cost per gallon at truck stops along your lanes.

🛠️

Issue Resolution

Detention, lumper fees, receiver problems or rate disputes: we help document and advocate so you aren't handling it alone.

📅

Onboarding with Brokers

We help prepare and submit carrier packets and set-up documents so you can be approved to haul for more brokers, faster.

9 equipment types.
One dedicated team.

Whatever you haul, we know the freight, the boards and the brokers that fit it.

01
🚛

Dry Van

The backbone of American freight. We help dry van carriers find general commodities, manufactured goods and retail freight, on dedicated lanes or the spot market.

Most Common
02
❄️

Reefer

Temperature-controlled freight demands precision. We dispatch refrigerated loads for perishables, dairy and frozen goods, with attention to temperature requirements and documentation.

Flatbed

From lumber and steel to construction materials, flatbed freight often pays a premium. We source loads and help coordinate tarping, securement and permit requirements.

Step Deck

Step deck trailers open up taller machinery and equipment that standard flatbeds can't carry. We look for loads that use your trailer's full capability.

Specialized

Conestoga

The rolling tarp system suits coils, metals and sensitive industrial freight that needs weather protection with flatbed-style loading.

Hotshot

Time-critical freight for Class 3–5 trucks with gooseneck or bumper-pull trailers: expedited parts, equipment and direct-to-site loads.

Power Only

Own the tractor but not a trailer? We match power-only carriers with drop-and-hook freight to cut wait times and keep trucks moving.

Low Overhead

📦

Box Truck

Last-mile, LTL and regional runs for straight trucks. Box trucks under 26,001 lbs GVWR generally do not require a CDL, though DOT and authority rules may still apply.

Regional

Dump Truck

Local and regional hauling of aggregate, dirt and construction materials. We help connect dump truck owners with contractors and construction firms.

Local & Regional
Steady lanes.

Where freight and relationships allow, we work toward repeat lanes, meaning more predictable runs and less deadhead.

Dedicated & consistent
lane programs

Chasing the spot market every week is exhausting. We work to build repeat lanes with shippers and brokers who value reliable carriers.

  • Repeat origin and destination pairs where the freight is available, so you know your routes and stops
  • Fewer deadhead miles, which means more of your driving time is paid time
  • Relationships with repeat shippers and brokers who value reliability
  • Useful for drivers who want more predictable home time
  • Available for Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Power Only and Box Truck where freight exists

Lane availability and volume depend on shippers, brokers and market conditions. We do not guarantee a minimum number of loads or a minimum income.

Where we look for freight
